This is a one-day Safety & Rescue course, that will equip you with the skills to look after yourself and your friends on sheltered water - lakes, gentle rivers and canals.
This is a very hands-on, practical course, with lots of time spent on the water, in boats and on boards, and a fair bit of time spent in the water as well!
It is a multi-craft award, so you will learn how to rescue kayaks, canoes and SUPs from your chosen craft.
