This two day training course will help you develop your Canoe and Kayak Coaching skills, applying the coaching theories from the Core Coach course, to the Sheltered Water environment.
This is a practical course, with most of the time spent on the water, learning coaching techniques with your peers, and then practicing them with mock students.
At the end of the course, we will help you put together an Action Plan, to give you a clear pathway towards assessment.
