Leadership Training

At River Flair we believe that what makes someone a great leader goes far beyond any formal training they have had and the qualifications they might hold.

We believe that Leadership training should be about sharing knowledge and experience, and building on those foundations, to encourage an ethos of continous learning and development throughout your paddling career.

Our highly experienced coaches can help you develop your Open Canoe leadership skills in a range of different environments.

We offer Bespoke One Day and Two Day Leadership Training Courses, in a wide range of environments, from Sheltered Water to Advanced White Water.

If you would prefer to attend a formal, two day British Canoeing Awarding Body Leadership Training Course, we do of course deliver plenty of those as well!
